Swine Flu and Related Pandemics
The swine flu epidemic seems to be over. The H1N! may mutate in the future or a new variation of another virus may appear in 2010.
Old news from last year on this topic:
The influenza A virus subtype H1N1 has once again mutated and is presently spreading through the worlds populations. In 1918 – 1920 this virus killed 70 to 100 million people.
Homeopathy was very successful in treating this 1918 pandemic.
For the mild to moderate cases of this illness we can use any of the remedies that I have listed in the section above: Colds and Flu.
If this version of H1N1 – Swine Flu virus becomes more virulent and produces a fever with bleeding from the nose, stomach, intestines, lungs, skin and ears as it did in 1918 then we will need to study remedies like: Baptisia, Phosphorus, Ipecac, Merc – sol, Lachesis, Bothrops, Arsenicum, Crotalus horridus, Muriatic acid, Secale and perhaps some of the more unusual remedies like Acalapha indica, Kreosotum and Terebinthina.
I am keeping a record of the flue cases that I treat and the names of remedies that are successful for each case.
Ideally within the next several months it will become clear what the most common remedy is for each flu type. These remedies can then be taken to prevent the infection. These remedies are the Genus Epidemicus. See section on Vaccinations.
