Dr. Olsen is covered by most insurance plans in Washington State.

Call your provider (the phone number is on the back of your insurance card) to see if I am listed as a provider for you.

I will soon have a list on this page with all the plans that I am covered under. But even with this list which will include: Regence, Aetna, Premera and others most plans have unique features with different co pays, different deductibles and different number of visits covered. Sometimes you will also need a referral to see me if you want your insurance to cover my services.

If you call my clinic they can make this call for you or you can go on line and on the web site for you insurer you may be able to find out if your plan covers my services.

If you do not have insurance the first visit is 180 dollars for a one and a half hour visit. If your child is less than 11 years old I can do the interview in one hour and the visit fee is 120.  Follow up visits are 55 to 60 dollars. The fee for the medicine is five to ten dollars.
